12,30am: lunch with the winemaker and the honey producer
Tortelli with spinachs, butter, pecorino and honey
Roast meat in honey sauce with vegetables
Winter fruit salad with ricotta
Every dish will be served with wines of our production
2,30 pm: honey origin and it’s characteristics
3,30pm: honey tasting served with our grappa
